This book looks at how to design ceramic items for the home. I am aiming to show how, by understanding the rules, (and being able to break them) you can produce your own original, beautiful and innovative pieces.

Aimed at students and those starting out, and includes the basics of aesthetics, how to think creatively, finding inspirations, types of decoration and design principles.
