A new range of tiles featuring racing yachts … now available in the Hatch Gallery, Christchurch, Dorset.
Well, I didn’t manage to get my new work out by Spring! … everything takes longer than you think, especially when you are juggling production of your current work and designing the new stuff. I’ll have two brand new ranges this year … most exciting to see whether people take to them.
Working hard to re-stock this January, despite it being chilly in the studio, my orchid pots and soap dishes are sold out, so the Etsy shop is looking a little sparse, but more are on the way, plus trying to find time to experiment with this years new designs, (hopefully online by spring) and make variations on the current range.
To keep myself amused this Covid winter i’m going to be doing a retrospective page on my website to show some of the best and most imaginative ceramic work i’ve produced over the last 35 years … through school projects, college designs (made and not made), the evolution of the orchid pots, and the three piece jardinières in my very first exhibition …
No more orchid pots or soap dishes in stock, but there are a few candle and tealight holders, and wall pockets with landscapes available on the Etsy shops. Check out LCCeramics and LCCeramicsEarlyWork.
New stock now delivered to the Purbeck New Wave Gallery of my ammonite inspired ceramics … a clock, tiles and coasters, also soap dishes and candle holders. Orchid pots have now sold out on Etsy, and there is just one soap dish left in stock.
Well, we’ve back in lockdown, but nothing will change here for my ceramics, I’ll be adding more items to Etsy and Amazon over the next month and sending out as usual. Keep safe everyone.
The Purbeck New Wave Gallery now has some wall pockets, and new ones featuring dog walkers are available in the Hatch Gallery.
Pleased to say that my wall pockets will be available soon in the Purbeck New Wave Gallery along with my clocks, tiles, coasters and ring holders
All back to normal with sales and orders. I am re-stocking the galleries and on-line shop (now I have a working kiln again). My new range (Jurassic coast landsapes) is now being stocked in the Hatch Gallery, Christchurch, and (hopefully) in the other galleries soon.
The galleries stocking my work are now all open and trading again. Fisherton Mill is open 3 days a week Thursday to Saturday, The Hatch Gallery is open Tuesday to Saturday 11-1, and the Purbeck New Wave is open 7 days. Please see their individual websites for timings.
All is back to normal and items are usually delivered within times specified, I am sending out via courier once a week (usually on Friday), although if you need something by a certain date please contact me and I will endeavor to arrange delivery in time.
I am running rather short of orchid pots but will have some more on the way.
My on-line shops (Etsy and Amazon) are taking orders again and i’ll be sending out by courier (no change in prices though there maybe a delay in delivery). Please bare with me, thanks.
My internet shops are currently shut for sales, although I am leaving them up online for viewing. If there is something you’d like to buy, do please contact me and I can put things aside for when I can open up again.
Please watch this space to see when Etsy, Amazon and the galleries (Hatch, Fisherton and New Wave) reopen.
Keep safe everyone
